There are two methods to install TM4R:
All TM4R files are hosted on the REMDIGI Content Network (cdn.remdigi.com) and are guaranteed to be safe.
Using the REMDIGI Package Updater* (included with Smash N' Crash), launch the updater and follow the prompts:

Issue - False Antivirus Positives
Since the package updater* connects to the internet, some antivirus firewalls (Norton, for instance) may flag the program as suspicious, which will lead to indefinitely “Loading… please wait”.
Solution
Either temporarily disable the antivirus firewall while using the package updater, or create an exception for “REMDIGI Package Updater.exe”. If neither of these solutions are feasible, then just perform a manual installation (see below).
I'm working on a solution to get certificates to sign the files, to prevent these false-positives, but it'll take time. Sorry for the inconvenience in the interim.
* The REMDIGI Package Updater.exe file is new, and may trigger false antivirus positives. It uses xdelta3 for delta-patching (to install patch diffs). Both the REMDIGI Package Updater and xdelta3 are safe – it's just a tool to allow downloading/updating packages faster.
